Do you feel frustrated reading or hearing about people without disabilities complaining about isolation due to Covid? I’m not saying their feelings aren’t valid. I’m saying that disabled people have been living that way for years whose voices aren’t uplifted during this pandemic as someone who has been isolated before due to access barriers and ableism staying home due to the lockdown doesn’t make those non-disabled people experts. It seems to be the case that disabled voices are left behind. What do you think?
