Have you heard? Numotion’s repair services have now gone virtual.

Not long ago, I received an email from Numotion saying that instead of having someone visit your home in order to evaluate and assess your mobility device, they will now be discussing the problem with you in their new app called myNumotion.

Setting up the app was easy. All it took was a phone call and they sent me an email to build my app account. But actually getting in touch with an agent to help with my service request wasn’t happening.

I had hopes that this new system would make it easier to get assistance with my wheelchair but it seems their methods have not changed. Receiving emergency repairs still remains futile, it seems.

Have you been able to successfully get in contact with Numotion on their app for a service request?
