Perspiration and Wheelchair Seat Cushions
Do you sweat when sitting in your wheelchair? What have you done to try to reduce perspiration while sitting in your wheelchair?
I would say sweating while sitting in a wheelchair is comparable to wearing a bra in the summer. It’s uncomfortable and only makes the heat harder to bear. I’ve tried many wheelchair seat cushions because of this very problem. Certain cushions seemed to make the perspiration worse, making me feel drenched when I eventually got out of my wheelchair.
