  Physical Therapy For Pelvic Floor

  A group member is experiencing pain/discomfort with their anal sphincter. They want to know if anyone has been diagnosed with a similar issue?  Did anything help to reduce pain? Have you ever had physical therapy on your pelvic floor? How long were you in physical therapy before noticing results?
