Do people ever mistake your positivity for sugar coating or feeling healthy?

Because my type of MD is rare and hard for people to understand people can mistake my positive outlook for being perfectly healthy or faking my illness. In general I don’t prefer to go into specifics about how I’m feeling if people ask because it would be too long and complex. Although, this strategy doesn’t work either because just makes it easier for people to think my health is fine.
