Practicing Daily Gratitude This Holiday
How do you implement practicing gratitude in your daily routine? Is it through prayer, meditation or in a journal? Do you show your gratitude by expressing your appreciation to your caregivers, family members, doctors, etc.?
We’ve all had a chaotic year on some level. Even though all our struggles are valid, focusing on our blessings and expressing gratitude in small ways can make a big difference.
