As a person with a physical disability, I believe it can be challenging to feel safe and sometimes secure, depending on the situation. For example, in my home, we have an alarm system with a panic button. We also have a dog that barks if someone comes to the door. Also, if someone does come to the door, we have a Ring doorbell that records sound to our phones.

How do you make sure that you feel safe in your home? Do you have any devices or technology that helps you monitor what is happening inside and around your house? Do you have a safety plan or someone you can call for help?
