I think my lack of going out since quarantine my skin is extra sensitive to the sun. I have hardly spent any time in the sun this year. I went outside for about an hour and a half in the sun with sunscreen, but it was so hot I must have sweat it off. I got burned, and now I am dealing with it.
How do you deal with sunburns? What has worked best for you? Do you need help coping with sunburns? I have an aloe plant, and it seems to ease the burn the best.
