      This time of year can have a big effect on people’s mental health. There are many reasons for this as it is a time for family, gift giving and receiving and cheerfulness.

      Simple things like meditating, taking a mental health day and being mindful of when we need to step back and take a break are few ways to lessen the stress often felt during the holiday season.

      Do you have General Anxiety Disorder or Depression? What do you do to destress?
