• The importance of vaccinations

Vaccinations are not only important for protecting you and your child from dangerous diseases but they also keep those with weakened immune systems safe from these harmful bacteria.

Many people refuse to inoculate themselves and their children because of claims that the injection can cause Autism and actually makes a person sick.

For someone like me, living with a chronic illness, a simple cold can send me to the Emergency Room because of severe coughing, heart palpitations and dehydration. This is why it is vital that everyone in my family and my boyfriend all receive their flu shots.

Do your colds and flus last longer and tend to be more severe? What is your opinion on inoculations? Do you require your family, significant other and caregiver to have their annual flu shot?
