  I am grateful for my Neptune toilet lift! A toilet that can stand up for you is medically necessary for many people that have a variety of conditions, including neuromuscular diseases.  I can’t tell you how much easier going to the bathroom is without worrying about getting stuck on a toilet that is too low or not having the grab bars or strength to pull myself up. I even miss my toilet when I go out and need the bathroom knowing that going on a regular toilet will be difficult because standing up can be painful or sometimes impossible without help.

  Although Medicare doesn’t cover it, some secondary insurance might cover the cost if a physician says it is medically necessary and writes a note.
