Using Probiotics Alongside Antibiotics
The job of antibiotics is to clear the body of any harmful bacteria but did you know that they also eradicate the good bacteria that keeps your body healthy?
One tip I have for replenishing good bacteria back into the body is by taking probiotics. Make sure to take them two to three times a day depending on the strength of your antibiotics and make sure to take them approximately two hours apart.
Probiotics are available and can be bought at any neighborhood drugstore or nearby Vitamin Shoppe.
