  Weight Fluctuation With MD

  Throughout the last decade, my weight has fluctuated a lot. From being underweight due to poor health, to being put on medications for Fibromyalgia that caused weight gain, to being overweight and then coming full circle. Thanks to better eating habits, my heart and liver are more healthy than they’ve been in years.

  Do you struggle with weight fluctuation? Is losing and/or gaining weight difficult for you because of MD?
