I have limb-girdle MD.  Diagnosed at age 14.  I have been using a motorized wheelchair since age 35.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.  I have worked for Disability Determinations Services for about 22 years, which is a social service job for the state.  We adjudicate disability claims for Social Security.  I work in the quality unit since 2005.  I have no children and have never been married.
