    I’ve had them girl muscular dystrophy and was diagnosed in my thirties but I’ve had it since my late teens. I’m 49 years old and it’s getting very bad I used to be able to take a bath up until 2:00 or 3 years ago now I have to use a chair. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety which his help to destroy my disease even further. Is there anything that I can do at my age and such weekend state.
