National Bargain Hunting Week was the second week in August is recognized as National Bargain Hunting week! Bargain hunting can be everything from flea market shopping, thrift store hunts, the clearance rack at a department store, and more. Do you bargain hunt? Where do you go? Flea markets, thrifting, antique malls, yard sales? Do you re-seal things?

I love buying secondhand whether that’s online or in a thrift store. You can find such amazing items for so much cheaper than the retail price. And, an added bonus is that it’s good for the planet. I’m not against buying new things, but it does have an effect on the earth and if I can find that same item secondhand then that’s way better, in my opinion.
