Have you tried to participate in a craft, painting or hobby workshop/class but found it to be inaccessible and/or unaccommodating?
Over the weekend, my friend took me to a drink and paint type of class as a late Christmas gift. He reserved a spot for me right in the front near the teacher and the business had already removed the stool so I could wheel up to the table. The canvases were propped up on easels and I eventually had to lay the canvas flat because my hand got tired. Overall, I still had an excellent time and can’t wait to do it again but wouldn’t have chosen to do this type of thing before because of the fear of inaccessibility and lack of accommodations.
