  Monday Shoutout Featuring Hawkin Miller

  Today is Monday which means it’s time for MD News Today’s Monday Shoutout on social media. Today we are featuring our very own patient columnist, Hawkin Miller.

  If you didn’t know, Hawkin has Duchenne muscular dystrophy and is a University of Souther California graduate who has always aspired to be a journalist. Hawkin’s previous writing jobs before joining the MD News Today team included working for the Sacramento Bee, KTLA 5 and at USC Annenberg Media. Hawkin is also the son of Debra and Paul Miller, the co-founders of the CureDuchenne organization. Hawkin’s positive perspective on life with a disability is the shining star of every one of his “Hawks- Eye View” column articles.
