My physical therapist suggested that I purchase a Thera cane. I found it on Amazon. It is supposed to ease your aches and pains without hiring a professional masseuse. It applies pain-relieving deep compression directly to hard, knotted trigger points anywhere they occur, breaking up tension even in the hardest-to-reach muscle areas. After having it a few days, I find I can use it for everything from my back and neck to the bottom of my feet and the back of my calves.
