    This year has made my depression and anxiety even worse. I would love to hear some others give ideas on how they relieve their 2020/COVID-19 blues

    My depression and anxiety has amplified this year as well. I wrote an article about it, Learning to Accept My Mental Illness Through Creativity.” I find that it also helps to talk to someone about whatever it is you’re feeling. I know how cliche that sounds but it is effective. That person doesn’t have to be a therapist, just someone you trust. For me, just getting thoughts out of my head is a relief in and of itself.
