Warm Weather And Soaking Up Some Natural Vitamin D
Are you someone that is a homebody or stays indoors a lot? Do you have a vitamin D deficiency because of this?
As my disease has progressed and my immune system has weakened, I stay indoors a lot more than I did before my disease onset. As a result, my skin has lightened considerably. Now that the weather is warming up I plan on prioritizing my time spent outdoors in my backyard. This will also provide me with some natural vitamin D on top of my vitamin D supplements. I’m also hoping for a bit of a sun kissed glow to make me look a bit more healthy as well.
