      After being warned about my blood pressure and blood sugar levels I have tried to be more responsible with my snacking. Before when I would go for Pringles chips or Oreo’s, I now go for pork rinds and cheese. I still have to be careful with how much salt and sugar there are in those things but it is easier to reach for the better things. I like dips and I use celery and cucumbers more than tortilla chips.

      If you aren’t in the mood for a whole meal or you like to eat small amounts during the day or if you ever have a bad craving, what is your go to snack?

      If I have a chips craving I found the best alternative are Quest Nutrition Protein Chips. They have a few flavors and I like the taste!

      Dani, I think it’s a fairly healthy snack too 🙂
