After being warned about my blood pressure and blood sugar levels I have tried to be more responsible with my snacking. Before when I would go for Pringles chips or Oreo’s, I now go for pork rinds and cheese. I still have to be careful with how much salt and sugar there are in those things but it is easier to reach for the better things. I like dips and I use celery and cucumbers more than tortilla chips.
