Starting Back Up After Lockdown
I am trying to get back into the swing of things, not exactly how it was before COVID-19, I am more vigilant and aware of keeping my self safe. Today I have my physical therapist coming to my house for the second time in 3 months. Last week I was sore after our session, and I realized that I slacked off on my exercises. How have you been maintaining your strength? Have you seen any of your doctors/ therapists face to face yet?
